Welcome to the Hong Kong Laser Class Association, where we are dedicated to promoting and growing the exciting sport of Laser dinghy sailing in Hong Kong! HKLCA is the District Class Organization of the International Laser Class Association (ILCA) for Hong Kong. HKLCA is a member of the Hong Kong Sailing Federation.

Our mission is to inspire and support our members in achieving their full potential as ILCA sailors, both locally and on the world stage.
